let's talk about south carolina this morning because as obama care unfolds around the country and into states. we keep hearing that it's not fully implemented of course it probably won't be until 2014. many states are throwing down the gauntless saying we don't want it here and doing everything they can in their power to keep it south carolina may have taken the furthest step trying to keep obama care out of that state. >> south carolina state house passed a bill saying that they consider it illegal. they will not be implementing anybody who tries to implement the affordable care act. aka obama care will be in breech of this bill. it's because of the governor there, nikki hailey say they can't afford it here she is. >> we will in the pursue the type of government run health exchanges being forced on us by washington. despite the rose colored rhetoric coming out of d.c., these exchanges are nothing more than a way to make the state do the federal government's bidding and spending massive amounts of taxpayer dollars on insurance subsidies that we can't afford. >> tucker: do you know what
